Counselor In Training
Lewis and Clark is proud of its fine staff. Many senior staff members attended L&C as campers, then returned as CIT's, before applying for their staff position. CIT's develop leadership, hone Scouting skills, and learn the ins and outs of Lewis and Clark while having fun.
During a two week CIT session in camp, Scouts who are at least 14 years old at the time they come to camp have a chance to help and learn in several program areas. Each will spend a morning or afternoon for at least a week reviewing basic Scout skills in the First Class Trail Program. CIT's then assist in different program areas.
There is no charge for participating in the CIT program as each CIT contributes to the L&C program while in training. Contact Us with questions.
